Version terms-2026-07-29. These terms describe the website and enquiry stage only. Each paid project requires a separate written quotation or agreement.
Website information and enquiries
Submitting a form, receiving an audit or joining a meeting does not create an engagement, guarantee acceptance or confirm a price or delivery date.
Project scope
Each engagement must define pages, functions, languages, content, redirects, SEO, tracking, revisions, deliverables, acceptance, payment and maintenance in a written quotation or agreement.
Client responsibilities
Clients must provide authorised content, brand assets and account access at the appropriate stage. Public forms must not be used to send passwords, verification codes, financial data or unauthorised personal information.
SEO and third-party risk
URL mapping, redirects, index checks and monitoring can reduce avoidable migration risk, but Haley Digits does not guarantee rankings, traffic, revenue or zero fluctuation.
Liability and disputes
Project-specific liability, backups, force majeure, termination, refunds and dispute procedures are governed by the written quotation or agreement. Unspecified matters are handled under applicable Taiwan law. Website content is not legal, financial or investment advice.
